They are called the 'filet mignon' of Tendons because it is a choice cut. They literally have to fillet the fat from around this glucosamine filled chew. They range from 4-6" in length and are perfect for small dogs. When you give a small dog too much of something so rich it can give them the runs. They still get plenty of the good stuff and you will notice the tendon get stringy when they chew it. This is unique to tendons as it is what we refer to as nature's floss.
